Institutions (companies, universities, schools, municipalities, ministries ...) produce large amounts of waste; these key actors in society have a major role to play in sustainable development. They are thus more and more inclined to integrate a CSR attitude (Corporate Social Responsibility), which gives them a competitive advantage while increasing their sustainability. CSR consists of taking into consideration the social and environmental impacts of a company’s activities in order to adopt the best possible practices and hence contribute to the improvement of society and environmental protection.
The objective of the "Training and Consulting" sector is to help companies and organizations implement management systems to improve their performance and optimize their processes.

to development. The objective of the “training and counseling”sector
is to help enterprises and organizations establish waste management
systems in order to improve their performance and optimize their
processes.
A complete service
In this context, arcenciel provides support to any organization in its approach to CSR and a complete service for the sustainable management of recyclable waste in collaboration with other NGOs
- inventory: arcenciel carries out an inventory of the organization to estimate the quantities of waste produced, determines the number of bins required and their ideal capacity volume, as well as insuring the area that will be reserved for storage
- awareness: arcenciel provides awareness sessions on sustainable development to employees of the organization, and training in waste sorting in order to recycle them
- Equipment: arcenciel provides posters and bins with indications and guidance on how to sort out the wastes. The bins are generally funded by the participating organization
- collection: arcenciel collects plastic waste (bottles and caps), at an optimal frequency, and transports them to recycling factories. arcenciel also provides contacts in other NGO’s for the collection of paper, metal cans, and electronic waste
- social actions achievement: after the deduction of expenses, arcenciel offers social actions to the participating organization that can be financed by profits acquired from the sale of plastic waste
- communication and visibility: arcenciel provides the participating organization with diffusible indicators regarding their recycling progress (quantities of waste recycled, financed social services ...) so that it can communicate this to the public. Similarly, arcenciel ensures visibility for the company on its Facebook page « bouchons roulants.aec »
Hospitals and laboratories list
arcenciel approached more than 150 hospitals and laboratories spread on all the lebanese territory and handled their training and counselling.
