Recycling awareness at Falougha summer camp
On the 6th of August, the environment program raised awareness regarding sustainable development, as well as sorting and recycling to 130 children from “the Legion of Mary” school. This interventionwas designed to collect the recyclable waste produced during the 5 days camping in Falougha. The section “ education for development” had also organized an awareness session regarding the reusing of waste, during which children learned with great interest, to make picture frames from waste products such as cardboard, paper, newspapers, and plastic caps .
