Jabalna Festival
arcenciel was at the annual Jabalna festival this sunday, September 1st, organized by the Maaser el Chouf village. On this occasion the environmental program held 3 awareness stands for sustainable development which covered various topics such as water and waste managament. The villagers were prompted to awareness regarding the importance of source separation and recycling waste, they were also invited to participate in the “bouchons roulants” recycling campaign. Children particularly enjoyed the "droppy's day out" cartoon regarding water conservation and the "recyclart" workshop which shows how waste can be transformed into creative objects.
